My trip to Mr Rob Duhig's dental surgery in Sandgate was out of frustration because I had been experiencing considerable pain over a period of time, without results from my other dentist.

Having lived and worked in the area for many years it was time to test Rob Duhig's good reputation.

Several visits later, the pain is now non existent, my teeth have never felt better.

Rob Duhig's patience, experience and professionalism, his attention to detail, and his caring attitude together with his excellent team, make a difference!

Don't put it off, give him a go. I would certainly recommend Rob Duhig and being available out of work hours is definitely a bonus.

I became a patient of Rob on returning to Sandgate nine years ago.  At that time my teeth were worn and Rob proposed, as a first measure, to build them up. This was well done and subsequent dental work has been much reduced.

I have liked the way Rob has carefully considered each problem and explained it to me.  His work is good. He is not intimidating.  He has always had efficient, but also, happy and friendly staff.

I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Dear Rob and Tip and Assistants As you would know from your records I have been on Rob’s patient list for more than 15 years. I was at first his patient and loved his humour and calm, cheerful manner.  Being a ‘dental phobic’ I was also appreciative of Rob’s encouraging and supportive ways in managing my dental work.  He brought an element of trust into the situation.

After a spell in the country for a couple of years I returned to Brisbane and was not able to get an appointment with Rob but a new dentist had joined the practice and Tip was given my appointment.  That is now over …. Years ago.  May I say Rob that you sure know how to pick great staff.  Tip is wonderful, as are your assistants and the relationship of friendly banter amongst you all surely sets the tone of friendliness and co-operation.  Tip is very reassuring and gentle.  She is a fount of knowledge, and skilled in her profession, as I have found all in the practice to be.

I am sold.  I wouldn’t change for anything.  I trust you all manage to remain as long as I need a dentist.  Thank you all for making a visit to the dentist like visiting a friend.

Just over two years ago, Tip Dibbayawan, our local family dentist of 14 years relocated to Robert Duhig’s Dental Surgery at Sandgate – my family and I did too. I find Robert and all his staff to be very caring, friendly and gentle.  They are very calming and make you feel at ease – and more importantly they give you a complete feeling of trust and confidence.
